Phil is a Partner at Hermon Legal Practitioners. He is a dual-qualified lawyer with practice licenses in both Nigeria and Scotland, UK; he is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Law Society of Scotland UK. He is a graduate of University College London (UCL) where he was awarded LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law. In 2004 he obtained an MSC, in Energy Studies (Specialization in Energy Finance), at the University of Dundee. He is a fellow of the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law, Centre for American and International Law. He completed a degree in Scots Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Scots Legal Practice from the University of Dundee and was thereafter admitted as a Solicitor and Notary Public in Scotland. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and sub-committees, Energy and Natural Resources and Business Sections. Enwegbara has a special interest in Project Finance, Finance and Foreign Investment law.
