He is a fellow of the South-Western Institute for International and Comparative Law/Center for American and International Law, USA and the managing partner at Hermon. Ben is an expert in corporate compliance, regulatory matters, banking and investment practices, taxation, Arbitration, and intellectual property. He is a Capital Market Consultant registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria. Ben also has practice interests in mining, real estate and property matters. Ben is a member of several professional bodies including the International Bar Association; International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals; Section on Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria,
