Benjamin is the Managing Partner of Hermon Legal Practitioners. He is a fellow of the South-Western Institute for International and Comparative Law/Center for American and International Law, USA and the managing partner at Hermon. Ben is an expert in corporate compliance, regulatory matters, banking and investment practices, taxation, Arbitration, and intellectual property. He is a Capital Market Consultant registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria. Ben also has practice interests in mining, real estate and property matters. Ben is a member of several professional bodies including the International Bar Association; International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals; Section on Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria, BRIPAN; Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria and the Nigerian-Ukraine Business Council. Ben was the chairman of Capital Market Solicitors Association (CMSA).
Ogheneochuko Pedro is a Partner at Hermon Legal Practitioners. He is a graduate of the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria and was admitted to practice law in Nigeria in 1989,

Ibezimako is a Senior Associate in the Commercial, Corporate, Taxation and Capital Market Practice of the Firm, He is an experienced Tax Consultant and Commercial Lawyer. His professional experience cuts across the provision of corporate and individual tax compliance, tax risk assessment, tax due diligence (Mergers and Acquisitions), tax audit/investigation support, tax restructuring and other advisory engagements for both local and international clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets; Financial Institutions; Oil & Gas; and Information Technology, communications & Entertainment industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation Law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Vivian Nwajiaku is an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Corporate and Dispute Resolution divisions of the firm. She also has interest in the areas of Tax and Real Estate, and is a specially-skilled writer and researcher. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC)

Phil is a Partner at Hermon Legal Practitioners. He is a dual-qualified lawyer with practice licenses in both Nigeria and Scotland, UK; he is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Law Society of Scotland UK. He is a graduate of University College London (UCL) where he was awarded LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law. In 2004 he obtained an MSC, in Energy Studies (Specialization in Energy Finance), at the University of Dundee. He is a fellow of the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law, Centre for American and International Law. He completed a degree in Scots Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Scots Legal Practice from the University of Dundee and was thereafter admitted as a Solicitor and Notary Public in Scotland. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and sub-committees, Energy and Natural Resources and Business Sections. Enwegbara has a special interest in Project Finance, Finance and Foreign Investment law.

Dr Lawrence Emeka Modeme is a Partner at Hermon Legal Practitioners. He obtained his LL.B at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.

Odubunmi Olagoke is a Senior Associate in the Tax, Labour Law and Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm. He previously participated in tax reform projects and worked as a research assistant to a Tax Appeal Commissioner. He also has several published academic papers to his credit in the area of Taxation. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a PhD candidate in Taxation, at the Faculty of Law at Lagos State University.
Oluwasayo Oyeti is an Associate in Hermon Legal Practitioners. She represents and advises clients on Intellectual Property, Commercial/ Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and litigation matters.
