His professional experience cuts across the provision of corporate and individual tax compliance, tax risk assessment, tax due diligence (Mergers and Acquisitions), tax audit/investigation support, tax restructuring and other advisory engagements for both local and international clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets; Financial Institutions; Oil & Gas; and Information Technology, communications & Entertainment industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation Law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
