Yemi Osinbanjo SAN
Yemi, a professor of law, is a founding partner on sabbatical is currently the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State, Nigeria; an appointment he has held for the past six years. Yemi has also been a former special former adviser to two former federal ministers of cabinet rank, consultant to the United Nations centre on Tran’s national corporations and the United Nations development program (foreign investment, economics crimes,) leader to the Nigeria delegation to the ECOWAS meetings on the mutual legal assistance treaties. Has served on the editorial board of several legal journals including the gravitas review of business and property law. Has also served on the board of Nigerian treaties in force and the special team for the second revision (since independence) of the law of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Yemi has authored several books including Cases and Material in the Nigeria Law of Evidence, Annotated Civil Procedure Rules of the Superior Courts of Nigeria which he co-authored with Ade Ipaye.
A corporate player with extensive experience in local and international transactions and financial advisory services, Yemi special areas of interest are shipping and maritime matters, intellectual property and solid minerals.

Specializes in commercial and corporate matters, litigation and dispute resolution, trade marks, patents, copyright, oil and gas. He is married.

Floretta, founding partner and former managing partner, O, K&A associates, Patent and Trademark Agents, Corporate compliance/Regulation Consultant, Corporate Secretaries, Nominees, Formerly of Fred Agbeyegbe & Company, Barristers & Solicitors, Corporate Secretary to and promoter of financial institution including one of the first mortgage saving and loans institution in Nigeria, property and housing consultant with extensive experience in all areas of real estate business. She is married to Dotun. Florreta and Dotun are currently on religious missions to the United State of America.

Ochuko is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with extensive experience in litigation and matters of dispute resolution especially in his specialist areas of shipping and admiralty and banking and finance. Ochuko is currently the special Assistant to the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Delta State of Nigeria.
Yemi, Dotun, Floretta and Ochuko are all currently away from the firm because of their present engagements.
