Company secretarial service: The firm has in-house company providing company secretarial services to clients. We assist our client companies with all corporate compliance issues and with statutory/regulatory matters. We are able to prepare and submit statutory returns, maintain statutory registers, conduct and take minutes at all director and shareholders meetings and act also as company registers.

Private client’s service: The firm also has a small private clients department, which caters to the testamentary, devolutional and general personal needs of those of our clients who requests these services. Advise is rendered in the area of creation and management of trusts, drawing up of wills, administrations of estates, probate, property and personal of taxation. The firm also offers investment of advisory service to select clients (person and companies) in relation to placement and management of their money/funds.
