The firm through its subsidiary O, K & A Associates undertakes the provision of
routine general company secretarial duties. These include:
a) Provision of basic oral and written legal opinions as
pertains to Company Secretarial matters;
b) Rendering all necessary secretarial services and advise to
the company in respect of meetings of the shareholders as well as that of the
board and properly constituted committees;
c) Maintaining all statutory registers and other records
