Corporate Secretarial Services- a service we render to meet statutory corporate requirements expected of companies operating in the country. The firm through its subsidiary O, K & A Associates undertakes the provision of routine general company secretarial duties. These include:

a) Provision of basic oral and written legal opinions as pertains to Company Secretarial matters;

b) Rendering all necessary secretarial services and advise to the company in respect of meetings of the shareholders as well as that of the board and properly constituted committees;

c) Maintaining all statutory registers and other records required by law to be maintained by the company examples of which are: - register of members, register of charges, minutes of proceedings of the company and its directors and committees amongst others;

d) Rendering proper returns and giving notifications to the companies registry (Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja) of matters such the passing of resolutions, returns of allotment of shares, registration amongst others;

e) Carrying out administrative and other secretarial duties such as custody of the official seal and the sealing and authentication of documents as well as general implementation mandate given by the Board of Directors.
