Hermon (Barristers, Solicitors & Notary Public) was established in Nigeria in 1987 by Prof Yemi Osinbanjo (SAN), Mr Oludotun Kukoyi, Esq and Mrs Floretta Kukoyi (Nee Adokpaye). 
It is a medium size law firm engaged in commercial & corporate, labour, energy and international law practice. With its head office in Lagos, Nigeria, the firm also has contact offices with a firmed up affiliate arrangement in Abuja, Port Harcourt and Asaba. 


Hermon has an extensive commercial corporate and international practice which leads to a great variety in our work and therefore, the exposure of our lawyers. The firm is thus enabled to offer a wide and full range of professional services, which best meets the varied, specific requirements and needs of our clients.
